30-Day Yoga Challenge: Spring Yoga 2025
This Spring 2025, Ravi Chermala Yoga is hosting a Spring Yoga 30-Day Challenge. This 30-day challenge is all about practicing yoga in new ways and new places this spring. Embracing the energy of spring, the 30-day challenge encourages individuals to get outside and practice all-new yoga positions out in nature. The schedule for the challenge is as follows:
Week 1: At-Home Renewal
For the first week of the Spring Yoga Challenge 2025, Ravi Yoga encourages you to take your routine outdoors. Start small by taking your mat of choice to the outdoor space available to you. Stretch out on the balcony, in your backyard or even on the front porch. The challenge is to engage in your yoga practice outdoors at home, in the natural environment that immediately surrounds you. Each day, introduce a new yoga position or practice into your routine.
Week 2: Frolick in the Forest
For the second week of the 30-day challenge, take your yoga routine to the woods. Ravi Chermala recommends finding parks and nature sanctuaries near you for this component of the challenge. Continue to incorporate one new yoga practice or position into your routine each day. Note: the complexity of your new practice or position is entirely up to you. Remember to start small and work your way up to more complex positions, whether you are a novice, intermediate or advanced level yoga enthusiast.
Week 3: Wander to the Water
For the third week of the Spring Yoga Challenge 2025, Ravi Chermala encourages you to ‘Wander to the Water.’ Practice your yoga routine near a body of water in your area — the size of the body of water does not matter. Ravi recommends finding locations where the water is freeflowing. The energy of waterfalls is particularly powerful in promoting healing and intention.
Week 4: Bring a Friend
Finally, for the fourth week of the 30-day challenge, Ravi Chermala Yoga encourages you to bring a friend. Practice your yoga routine with a different person each day outdoors in nature: friend, partner, family member, coworker or even the acquaintance you’d like to get to know a little better. This is a great opportunity to introduce someone completely new to the restorative energy of yoga.
